We built thisplatform so that a support agent answers from what's true and keeps customer data private by default. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.
what we collect
Account data you provide when you sign up — name, email, and organization details — and the knowledge sources you upload to ground your agents.
Operational data generated as your agents run: conversations, tool-call metadata, and usage metrics used to provide and improve the service.
how customer PII is handled
Personally identifiable information detected in ingested content and conversations is flagged at ingest and scrubbed from application logs before anything is written to stdout or a log aggregator.
Structured customer memory is redacted before storage and scoped per customer, so an agent only recalls context for the person it's actually talking to.
retention and erasure
Conversation data is retained according to a per-organization retention window that you control, after which it is purged automatically.
You can request erasure of an individual customer's data at any time, and we will remove it across the knowledge, memory, and conversation stores.
sub-processors
We use third-party providers for model inference, embeddings, storage, and infrastructure. Each is engaged under terms that require appropriate safeguards for the data they process on our behalf.
contact
For any privacy question or a data request, reach us through the contact page and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
