your account

You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Organizations are responsible for the members they invite.

your content

You retain ownership of the knowledge, prompts, and configuration you bring to the platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and serve that content to run your agents.

You're responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for ensuring your agents' use complies with applicable law.

acceptable use

Don't use the platform to build agents that deceive, harass, or harm, or to process data you're not permitted to. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

service and availability

We work to keep the service available and performant, but it's provided on an “as is” basis without warranties except as required by law. Enterprise plans may include a separate service-level agreement.

changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
